SecureLogix is a leader in voice network security and call trust. Their universal platform provides comprehensive protection for inbound and outbound calls, helping enterprises raise answer rates while defending against fraud, spam, abuse, and other threats. SecureLogix protects 300+ enterprise customers and blocks over 200 million fraudulent or abusive calls every year.

Challenge

With a modestly sized marketing team competing against the world’s largest IT vendors, SecureLogix needed a unified digital foundation to scale content creation, brand governance, and go‑to‑market execution. The team required cohesive web and content systems, strong brand assets, and efficient workflows across internal and external partners without adding headcount.

Solution

Lightning Jar became SecureLogix’s primary digital agency of record, providing full‑stack design, engineering, and ongoing support across web, partner enablement, content, and brand. The program spans:

• Technology: Marketing website design/build/support; Sales Partner Customer Portal; Customer Knowledge Base; and a custom AI application for internal marketing use.

• Design, Strategy & Content: Logo/branding; brochures and flyers; video; tradeshow booth interactive experiences; brand voice and style guidelines; photography; and presentation templates.

• Vendor Orchestration: Day‑to‑day oversight and integration with third‑party partners including video production, SEO optimization, and content vendors.

Integrations: Salesforce and Pardot for lead capture, nurturing, and campaign analytics.

SecureLogix was the first client to pilot Lightning Jar’s LLM‑powered Brand Operating System—a turnkey platform that combines a centralized marketing repository (brand collateral, image libraries, logos, and style guidelines) with a custom collateral editor.

The system enables the team to generate on‑brand flyers, landing pages, presentations, emails, and more with the help of a private LLM assistant pre‑trained on SecureLogix products, solutions, brand voice, and style rules using preset templates. The result is faster time‑to‑market, consistent brand execution, and reduced reliance on manual production cycles.
