Ten Years and One Unified Stack for SecureLogix Marketing Site, Partner Portal, Knowledge Base, and an LLM Brand Platform
Lightning Jar serves as SecureLogix’s long‑term digital partner, delivering an integrated web, content, and AI platform that powers a small team to compete with industry giants.
Customer
SecureLogix is a leader in voice network security and call trust. Their universal platform provides comprehensive protection for inbound and outbound calls, helping enterprises raise answer rates while defending against fraud, spam, abuse, and other threats. SecureLogix protects 300+ enterprise customers and blocks over 200 million fraudulent or abusive calls every year.
Challenge
With a modestly sized marketing team competing against the world’s largest IT vendors, SecureLogix needed a unified digital foundation to scale content creation, brand governance, and go‑to‑market execution. That meant one stack to run its marketing website, partner portal, and knowledge base, brand assets that stayed consistent from brochures to tradeshow booths, and workflows that outside vendors could plug into, all without adding headcount.
Solution
One Integrated Stack for Brand, Content, and Channels
Lightning Jar became SecureLogix’s primary digital agency of record, providing full‑stack design, engineering, and ongoing support across web, partner enablement, content, and brand. The program spans:
- Technology: Marketing website design/build/support; Sales Partner Customer Portal; Customer Knowledge Base; and a custom AI application for internal marketing use.
- Design, Strategy & Content: Logo/branding; brochures and flyers; video; tradeshow booth interactive experiences; brand voice and style guidelines; photography; and presentation templates.
- Vendor Orchestration: Day‑to‑day oversight and integration with third‑party partners including video production, SEO optimization, and content vendors.
Integrations: Salesforce and Pardot for lead capture, nurturing, and campaign analytics.
Featured Project
Replicator: The AI Brand Operating System
SecureLogix was the first client to pilot Replicator, Lightning Jar's LLM-powered brand operating system. Replicator combines a centralized brand repository (collateral, image libraries, logos, and style guidelines) with versioned design templates and an edit-in-place document editor, so documents never fork from the design system that produced them.
The team generates on-brand flyers, landing pages, presentations, emails, and more with an AI assistant that designs layouts and drafts copy inside brand-approved rails, pre-trained on SecureLogix products, solutions, brand voice, and style rules. Humans finish each document by clicking into the rendered page and typing; the architecture makes it impossible for a copy edit (human or AI) to break the layout. The result is faster time-to-market, consistent brand execution, and reduced reliance on manual production cycles.
The full story of the platform is told in The Evolution of Replicator, and the engineering behind it is documented in three blog articles: the origin story, HTML as a native data format for LLMs, and the content overlay.
